UI/UX Designer – Remote / Hybrid – Europe-Based
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join one of our European client teams, contributing to digital products that emphasize intuitive interaction, clean design, and business impact. You’ll be responsible for shaping user flows, wireframes, and interfaces that bridge form and function — with a strong focus on design systems and cross-platform consistency.
This position is open to professionals based in the EU or holding valid European work authorization. Remote or hybrid work models are available depending on the client’s preferences. Freelance and full-time options available.
🎨 Responsibilities:
Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA engineers to define, design, and deliver impactful user experiences
Design clean, responsive interfaces for web and mobile using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems across multiple products
Conduct user testing sessions, interpret feedback, and iterate designs based on insights
Deliver high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready assets
Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices
Ensure UX consistency across platforms and alignment with brand identity
Contribute to product thinking and user research sessions where needed
📌 Required Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX/UI Design, HCI, Visual Design, or related field
4+ years of experience designing B2B/B2C interfaces for digital products or platforms
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools (Framer, Marvel, InVision)
Strong understanding of design systems, atomic design, and user flow mapping
Familiar with front-end frameworks and developer handoff processes (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.)
Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and UX heuristics
Experience working in Agile product teams
Excellent visual design sense, typography, layout, and attention to detail
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
Must reside within the EU or hold valid EU work rights
