Project Manager / Scrum Master – Remote / Hybrid – Europe-Based

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Scrum Master to lead and coordinate agile software development teams for one of our European client projects. You will facilitate project delivery, ensure agile best practices, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.

This role is open to professionals based in the EU or holding valid European work authorization. Flexible remote and hybrid work models are available depending on client preferences. Both freelance and full-time contracts are offered.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Facilitate collaboration between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders

• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery

• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity

• Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps

• Foster continuous improvement through agile coaching and team mentoring

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively

• Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices
  
  

📌 Required Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent agile certification preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development projects in agile environments

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies

• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs

• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Must reside within the EU or hold valid EU work authorization
